Promotional Discounts
Promotional discounts apply to wine in the categories of Shop All, Reds, Whites and Rosé. Any wine that is on sale does not qualify for this promotion. As well as all Luxury Marketplace wines are excluded from this promotion. 

*Discounted Shipping
The shipping discount of $1 shipping rate applies to orders of 3 bottles to a case (12 bottles). Order of 1 to 2 bottles will pay $25 ground shipping. Example: If 14 bottles are purchased, the customer will pay $25 ground shipping because a case (12 bottles) plus 2 extra bottles were purchased. If customer adds an additional bottle (15 bottles), they will qualify for $1 shipping.  


Shipping Information

** During the summer months, when temperatures are too hot to ship ground, AV Wine Shop can hold orders until temperatures are acceptable to ship UPS Ground, or we can ship 2nd Day Air with the Summer discounted rates.

AV Wine Shop can only ship to the following states:

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Washington D.C. 

Discounted Shipping
Customers always receive discounted shipping with AV Wine Shop when three bottles or more (up to a case) are ordered. If customers wish to receive their order faster than what ground shipping offers, the customer will have to pay for the upgraded shipping option.

Missed Delivery
We ship through UPS, and tracking information is sent out to the customer promptly when the shipping label has been created. UPS attempts to deliver packages three times before items are sent back to the original shipper. UPS offers the option for packages to be held at a UPS location for pickup, but it is up to the customer to choose this option. If orders are sent back to the warehouse, orders are subject to a shipping and restocking fee deduction before a refund is administered.

Shipping Orders
We are a small team, and do our best to process orders daily. Orders placed after 3:00PM CST will be processed the next business day. Once the order is processed, please allow 1-2 business days for the warehouse to get the order ready for shipment. This time allows for the warehouse to pack the order and schedule pickup from courier. Delivery on orders can take 3-5 business days, given courier companies are not reporting any unforeseen delays (ie: inclement weather, holiday congestion, COVID-19, etc.). Faster shipping options may be available. Please email our order department at [email protected] for more information. We do everything possible on our end to protect our wine shipments from physical or temperature-related damage. If you are concerned about the weather in your area, you may request a specific shipping date or you may choose a faster shipping method. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is boxed and ready for shipment. Please note, these tracking numbers will not be active until they are scanned by the driver. (For example, if you have an order scheduled to ship on a Monday, we may box it on a Friday and send you the tracking info. However, the tracking info will not be valid until the driver picks it up on Monday.)

AV Wine Shop is committed to customer satisfaction! If there are any issues with your order, we want to hear about it. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 30 days of the delivery date. If you suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle - we will not take back any empty bottles. If you find any errors regarding type of wine and vintage, please email our order department [email protected] right away. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment. Please re-pack the wine and send it to "AV Wine Shop, Attn: Returns, 1566 Airport Blvd., Napa, CA 94558". Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package. Please note: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee before a refund is applied.

Signature Policy
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from AV Wine Shop. All packages sent out by AV Wine Shop require a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine.

Legal Notice
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from AV Wine Shop to the purchaser in the State of California and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from California to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine via common carrier, AV Wine Shop is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. You will be billed for this service. By utilizing this service from AV Wine Shop, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
